I've been doing graphical work for a couple of years now, and although I don't do it as often as I used to nowadays, I still like to do some small stuff every now and then.

I wouldn't mind doing signatures for people here if you want one. Think of individual ones, but also clan template ones so all members of a clan basically had the same sig template, but all with their own names, avatar / ID image, ranks, etc. Just a random thought.

I can do other graphical work as well, just leave me a note and I'll have a look if I can find the time for it.

Please keep in mind that I don't have a lot of free time and I don't just whip something up in 10 minutes. It could take me a couple of days to finish your sig. Certainly when there are several requests, it could be a bit of time before I get them all done.

Whoever wants a signature done, just leave a reply in this thread and let me know what you were thinking of, for example theme, color scheme, overall style, whether you wanted some specific images on it, a slogan, etc etc. The more specific you are, the bigger the chance I can get you what you want.

Since I finally reached Legend rating, I decided to celebrate it with a nice badge to proudly show it off lol.

When I receive my Fleet Admiral rank, I will, of course, celebrate again lol.

I put it up here for grabs, so feel free to use it for your own signature if you like it.
You can just copy the url of the image and put it inside an [img] code, but best thing is to save it to your own computer and host it yourself. I do tend to clean out my online albums every now and then and when I do, the links to any hosted images will be broken.

To let those people know who have something on order:

I had planned on working on your avatars/sigs last weekend, but as you have probably noticed I got caught up in my video's and have been playing quite a lot. I had the full Sunday for myself for once and wanted to spend it the way I did.
My apologies for taking a bit longer than I had anticipated. I am aiming for next weekend to finish them (with usual reservation, I think I recall my GF mentioning we had to go on a couple of birthday visits

).

Anyway, just wanted to let you know why it was taking so long.
Appreciate the patience.

Like I told you I couldn't spend the time on it I wanted to spend and frankly I think the Dingo face could have looked better if I had. This was the most time-consuming, believe it or not.

Very impressive! But I would like you to make me the Universe's Greatest Star Ship Insignia. Please don't make it with too much gold and platinum. I don't want aliens and humans alike to worship my greatness.

I almost forgot could you add a few ruby's worthy of a British King (if you had one).

Dear Star King,

I have put all other orders I had on hold, just to make this very special design for you. It came out pretty nice and I am quite proud of the result, I think it depicts you pretty well.
Please be careful with the rubies by the way, they were the last I could get a hold of.

The piece itself has taken me many many hours and a couple of years of my life to complete, but I think you will be quite happy with the final result. I can honestly say that this insignia is one of - if not, THE - best piece of art I have ever created.

I do hope though that you will be using it. Seeing the amount of rare free time I have spent on it, I would feel deeply hurt would you not use it.

And can I say, dear Star King: If there is anyone in the Evochron universe worthy of such an honorable and distinctive insignia, it can only be you.

When (and only when) you have the time and energy, Mil ranks from Captain through to Fleet Admiral would be so cool that the average temperature of the Evochron Universe would be reduced by several degrees!

Getting to Captain gives you access to all the frames so it's worth going for and celebrating - the final three are hard! (and get harder - agree Bleve??

) so a badge "reward" for each step would be a worthwhile target in its own right.

Definitely agree with you, they all are worth celebrating! It's on my to-do list mate.

I have a couple of other orders that take priority over all else at the moment, but at some point you can expect a whole list of badges for every rank and rating in EM.

Here's the set of Military Rank badges. They're all there, from Trainee through Fleet Admiral.

The size and spacing of the rank fonts differs per rank in order to make them all fit in the same space on the right side of the badge.

I will do a full set of Civilian Ratings if people want it. But I think most players work their way through the civilian ratings a bit quicker than the Military Ranks, so there might not be a demand for it, other than the Legend one.
The Civ Rating Legend badge in the earlier post has been updated as well to fit the Mil Rank looks. To be safe, here it is again:

Anybody seen Gorf lately?
Now that I think about it, seems like it's been quite a while since I last saw him on line or even made a post in the forum.
Should he be considered MIA and his parking spot on Remula One be put back in the gen'l pool or should we give him some more time?
