1) DESTROY ALL [EG] STNS WITHOUT WARNING. ROEs are Not in Effect. Destroy these STNS AT WILL. No [EG] Pilot Needs to be Online.

2) ALL [EG] PILOTS ARE KOS TARGETS ( Kill On Sight)

3) REBUILD ANY [HB] STN that has been Destroyed.

All Intelligence Reports Indicate ATLAS as [EG]s only Current Target. Check ALL [HB] STNS in your System when you Logon. Report Any STNS Destroyed and Rebuild them.

Yet they have DISREGARDED EVERY ATTEMPT AT COMMUNICATION. Until They are willing to open Lines of Communication I fear this will be an Act of Attrition on Both Parts, and this is Unfortunate, As I've Flown with MasterChu in the Past and He was an Honorable Pilot and Fighter.

I don't Believe this Wanton Destruction is what [HB] Wants but as NO [EG] Pilot will Communicate, I have NO IDEA What Their Agenda Is.

Until We can Establish "Talks" I see no other Course than the Destruction/Construction of Stations, which is of Benefit to No One.

I'm happy bc I took a few of their ships out today . I couldn't get their stations yet but I will see what I can do later. I advice anyone in and out of HB to treat them like a threat. Since their not open to talks they could try to take over every system. Lets defend our systems together starting with clearing out their stations from Atlas and blow them up on site.

They asked for that but they hadn't gave that. What part of running away when I attack, attack and then run away, or using dirty tactics like deploying a shield when their ship is about to blow up is honorable.
I think in every part of the world that is view as cowardly and highly not honorable.

Like I can understand if they asked for me not to fight them and they ran away or used "dirty tactics" during a fight but they didn't ask.

Until they talk to us and comply with the rules we set for our self I advice everyone to blow up their stations and treat them like you would hostel NPC.





As far as separating their actions from what this may cause us to think of Russia, I have no problem with that. Like this is only one group and one group of people should never make everyone look bad or good. Hopefully a lot of you out there will agree with me on that

Look, I would like to see cooler heads prevail.
First off, it is a game.
Secondly, the Russians have not broken any rules.
Thirdly, I am not sure any of them speak english.
I think Sapzhkov uses a translator and may only know a few words.
Fourth, I know of no rules that stipulate who can or where a system can be attacked, stations destroyed, etc.
I admit that there has been a lot of discussions regarding the ownership of systems, but it was a gentlemens agreement at best and it was argued long before the Russians came on line, thereby exempting them of any fore- knowledge.
If any player finds his world so disrupted by their presence to the point of stopping the sun from rising in the morning, I will personally banish them forever!
On the other hand, they have offered/requested to meet any challenge and while it may seem a little late to some, I think it is a fair offer.
One of the original designs of the station bulding/territory claims was to encouirage PVP play and civilized clan wars.
I was hoping the challenge would be met, not complained about.
Getting mad, making threats and generally pounding your shoe on the desk will not change what has happened.
Please don't forget, it is a game.

Yes it is a game! A game thats lots of fun! The Russians are doing what others have done before including a certain young lady (lol)! As MM says their English is bad at best so their statements may seem conflicting. I don't plan on playing nice with them at this point and who says we have to play by their rules (though they don't really seem to have any ). I speak for myself on this not Clan [UE] as this is new addition to the playing field and I need to see how things develop.

They have no rules, so we don't follow any. Attack at ALL times!

Since many pilots fails to report activities to InkedMike and not many pilots helps out
in maintaining HB controlled systems, I have updated the payment requirements in first post.

The reports are important to me, since I get a good overview of what happens out there
and what actions to take.

Failing to comply to reporting/helping out maintaining systems will freeze payments.

Lacking funds is not a reason to not help out. I have stated earlier that I'll pay for any expenses
in a war situation if needed. Payments can be obtained from me, Dingo or InkedMike.

If this is not something you can live with, a clan might not be your kind of business.

Well I got bad news. There is no stations in Atlas besides the ones that came with the game. That's given I'm not having a loading issue.

However, if I'm not having a loading issue then the funny thing is I believe R1 and EG talked about not blowing up non tag stations which they did. So, Hawkeye your station is gone and sadly we can't blow up their stations in Atlas again since they didn't build any
