AVAST 6.0.1203

Did a restore point and upgraded my 5.0 Avast to the newest version 6.0.1203 today and all seems OK at this point. I had a problem with some versions that did not like the program so hesitated.

I just installed the 6.0 version on my computer, what do you think of this program compared to the other Internet Suites?

I like it's not interfering with my gaming. I like McAfee also but it gets a little picky at times. I use McAfee on my non gaming machines.

I had to replace my computer, and McAfee came with a 30 day trial, I still had 7 months left on Avast, it came down to paying for Mcafee or keeping Avast. So, I decided to stick with Avast since it was already paid for. It seems to be doing well so far.

My experience with McAfee was a total nightmare!
I wouldn't even let thier disc in the house!
The best thing I can say about McAfee is total silence, and that might be too nice.
But that's just me.
