What do I have to do to earn my wings for secondary devices and deployable / build stuff?

EDIT: Can I claim combat kills and cloaked kills for any hostiles? Is it only in Clan space or anywhere?

Just for interest, can Clans claim discovered systems or is it just the main charted ones?

Show your ability to do so.
Build some stations and using deployable for
searching hostiles/repairing or what else you need.

Since this is easy tasks, your word that you can use
the devices are good enough for me. Just u2u Clan secretary
of any requests you have and I'll look into it/update.

For ranks/medals you need to attach proof of your
achievements or that any other clan member can
verify your request.

IM operates out of discovered systems only. Most of the time.

It's a promotion achieved by clan leader recommendation,
not achieved by ranking up. (You are fully ranked by now).

Achieved by long time service, special operations, squad leader or whatever

I have noticed that HB stations have been destroyed when no HB clan member was online.

P.S. [HB]Chris Solomon appears to be to long for a EV:M pilot name, so i'm changing it to [HB]Chris. please update your records or whatever to reflect this change
