Some consider Clan BA (Bad Aliens) to be pirates and hunters. Others believe us to be no more than troublemakers that need to be dealt with. Still more feel we are a guiding force for freedom and the right to do as we please. All agree that we are â€œfunâ€� to have around!

What ever you feel, know this: Clan BA pilots are not to be underestimated.

There is no doubt that we are pirates and hunters. We will engage in battle from the most experienced Fleet Admiral down to the newest of the new. We will take every victory and broadcast about it and take every defeat and lean from it.

We will involve ourselves in activities that some pilots would never consider. We will resist the SW Clan and what they stand for as a whole, but at the same time we will fly alongside their brave pilots when it suits us.

We are the self-declared â€˜Welcoming Committeeâ€™ of Evochron. It is almost a right of passage to be engaged by a Clan BA pilot when you start out into the cold hard vacuum Evochron. But, once â€œwelcomedâ€� you can be assured that we will stand down. It will then be your choice to be a friend, foe or neutral towards us.

One thing is for sure. When Clan BA pilots are in space â€“ anything can and will happen. If you see us, and are new, remember the last words that many a pilot have heard from the so called â€˜Hector Protectorsâ€™, â€œSAVE NOW!!â€�

Clan BA does not have a â€œClan Leaderâ€� so to speak, but is run by Supreme Council chaired by Bossk with Dengar as Vice Chair. All member of the clan will be granted a seat on the council after they have proved their allegiance to the clan. This unique structure allows all members to have a voice in the way the clan is run, but ultimately, Bossk and Dengar will make the final decision after listening to all opinions of clan members.

**BA Protocol (Welcomes)**
The BA Protocol (Welcomes) was hammered out during a time of great upheaval with in the galaxy. The greatest minds in the Evoverse came together is response to demands for some kind of "general rule of ethics and behaviour". In brief Clan BA are considered by many as the "Welcome wagon" for new pilots. It is almost a right of passage to be attacked and destroyed by a Clan BA pilot. This attack will be contacted, as far as possible, along the following guidelines (the BA Protocol):

1. At least one, but possibly more, warnings will be issued by the Clan BA pilot announcing the fact that they plan to attack. This warning may be aimed at a particular pilot or a region as a whole. This warning will tell the target to SAVE!
2. The target may request he be left alone. This will be respected.
3. Combat will begin.
4. After the target has been destroyed Clan BA will no longer attack and may in fact assist the pilot.
5. If the pilot presses a return atack then the Clan BA pilot will advice against it!
6. If the attacke is pressed home then the Clan BA pilot will return fire.
7. At this point the BA Protocol will be void and its open season!

The servers that are aware of this and are happy for this to happen on their server are:

Galictica 1

If a server oprator does not agree with this list please U2U me. If a Clan BA pilot is requested to cease all BA Welcomes by a server operator they must do so immediately and U2U me for clarification.

**Clan Relations**

Standing Declaration of hostilities towards SW Clan
A state of open hostility stands between Clan BA and the combined forces of SW. All necessary means to destabilise and disrupt SW clan is to be used. As we are the smaller clan, we can show the rest of Evochron that we are not the aggressors, but are in fact, victims of deliberate provocation by a warmongering clan

Alliance between Clan BA and HB Clan
Clan BA are now part of a non-aggression pact with HB Clan. BA Pilots are "encouraged" to provide assistance to HB pilots and can expect the same in return. SW and their stations (war zones excepted) are considered mutual enemies of both BA and HB.

Be aware that HB pilots are obliged to join the ranks of â€˜Hector Protectorsâ€™ when we are engaged in â€œWelcomingâ€� activities and will engage Clan BA pilots in an attempt to defend the hunted pilot. This is not a breach of the agreement and will not affect relations.

In light of the recent developments, I would like to make clear that at the moment, Clan BA are a non-aligned party. We have yet to decide who/what to support, if at all.

The BASC will be holding an emergency conference soon to decide what course of action to take the clan in.

Until that decision is made, we will honour any existing NA pacts we have, but that is all.

B.A.S.C Communique

The dark shadow of war once again hangs over Evochron.

On the one side, the humans. Accepted residents of Evochron. Makers of peace and war in equal measure. Defends of Evochron against the Vonari hoards.

On the other, The Terasin. Dark and mysterious. Known for the deadly skill by most in Evochron.

Our dilemma; Who to follow? The alien invaders? Clan BA are aliens. We are hunters, we don't do peace. That would be the obvious choice. Or the humans. They have far greater numbers and resources, and for an age have supplied Clan BA with hours of target practice and ill gotten cargo. That would be the "safe" choice.

This question has weighed upon my mind for a while now. But a decision has been reached. A choice made.

I officially declare that Clan BA are neutral to the extent that we choose the side of Clan BA! We will not fall one side or the other in this conflict. We will proceed with normal Clan BA activities. If and when the warring parties cross our path, Clan BA pilots will act accordingly and attack any and all as we see fit at the time. Our NA pact with HB is still in effect and as such we will provide assistance to HB pilots and assets ONLY but will not engage in active assaults on Terasin pilots in the process of that assistance. If HB pilots are in trouble, we will help only until they are not.

Don't ask Clan BA pilots to assist in assaults on Terasin assets as refusal may offend, but if you require escorts we will provide, for a fee! Saying that, we may attack out of sheer fun and mischief just for the sake of it.

This neutral stance will be in place for as long as I see fit. However, if our pilots or assets are engaged and destroyed by any party, we will retaliate with force.

I will review this policy in due course.

Plans are in the making for a major campaign by Clan BA in to Evochron in the coming week. The lady lizard is away for the week and she is taking the little lizard, so I will have free access to the ship again with out having to wait until very late at night to slip out to the hanger.

Carnage, death and destruction await....for us at least!

Hope to see some new pilots that we have never seen before. Goodie! Roll out the welcoming committee.

It being that time of year when all things children are let out from their prison (or school if you wish to be less harsh!) and expect to have the adults in their lives provide them with limitless entertainment, all paid for with the limited finances the adult has access to, I am currently unable to get flight time, as I am now away from the ship.

I will return shortly, once the powers that be realise that the children need to be locked up again and give the adults their lives back!

Due to very unforeseen circumstances, I have limited and intermittent access to a game computer suitable for playing. I hope this gets resolved soon, but so as to make sure other players do not think that Clan BA is dead, I am temporally removing myself from combat operations until the situation is resolved.

This situation has happen very suddenly and as such has put the breaks on Clan BA's offensive for now.

Other Clan BA members will be on line as and when, and I will still be on the forum and clan leader, however, [BA]Dengar will have the authority during combat operations to speak for the clan

I apologise for the heartbreak this will no doubt cause other players.

Don't be fooled. I have not gone and will be back.
