Hey guys, here's v0.6 of my HUD mod.
I know that there are other minimalistic HUD.
But I still find them not to my particular liking.
Here's my HUD that limits itself to as small a pixel as visually practical.
And none of them have outlines, so they become "invisible" against objects that are of the same colour.
Particulars:
Asteroids, cargo and ships are 2x2 pixel dots.
Targets have a 10x10 square around them.
Leading reticle is a diamond.
Outer gun-sight comprises of the top-left, top-right, bottom-left and bottom-right corners of a circle
Inner gun-sight is a solid circle.
Shield indicators are "bumps" that make-up the top, left and right sides of the outer gun-sight
Navigation and Waypoint pointers do not overlap
Simple delivery area, ILS and race rings
Ships
Combat targets and cargo
Asteroids
Next items:
incoming missile heading pointers
The colours may still be bright. I may dim the them some more. At the moment, they're not too bad in-game.

I've just done several contracts killing baddies and some free form combat - I like the HUD - it's clear and easy to see what is going on!
