dedicted server hosting problem

for some reason when i start my server it wont show up in the multiplayer list and my friend cant join.

i did al thing i port forwared the right ports. I met it public. gave it a none default name. en al that stuff you see in the guide you should do. but still my friend cant join it keep giving an errror that server is full or he cant connect. can someone pls help my?

I also attchet the text2.dat could pls someone take a look and see. hey mister derpling you forogot to do this.

Likely just a port configuration issue, wrong external IP address used by your friend, and/or a firewall/security program blocking the connection. You'll want to get that sorted and have him successfully connect via direct IP before attempting to list it publically.
