Getting Rid of Task Bar Frame when Playing

My internet is down but I am playing off line and now I have the task bar frame around. How do I get rid of it?

The bar on the bottom that has the time and the on the top to shrink or expand your screen.

I am still not sure what you see, could you post a screen shot?

Unfortunately my PC which has the game on it is off line and the maybe by Tuesday or Wednesday it will be up.
Just look at your screen when you play EM and see if you have the time on the bottom and the minize or enlarge or close options at the top of your screen.

I know what he means! i have done that myself a few times. At least i think i know.
It is very frustrating and usually heppens by accidently pressing some keys. I have had the task bar on the top, sides and half & half! My problem is, I'm not entirely sure what I did to get rid of it. I am pretty sure I did it thru "settings". You can get the mouse to straddle the task bar line and move it out of the way.

You're probably in Windows mode. If you're in Full Screen, you shouldn't be seeing the task bar after EM starts loading.

It is in windows mode but getting out doesn't work. Nice to hear from you my friend. Missed you from my Legend days.

Ok, now I get it (duh) (lol) have you tried hitting the square maximize box in the upper right? EM should not load in a windows mode :onormally.

Yup, same here. After I get finished with this forced move to Reno (my wife wanted to move closer to work), maybe we can do some co-op WZ contracts like in the old days.

If you are in Windows mode that means that in the options menu in the game you have the display settings set to Windows. Choose a different mode and you should not see the taskbar unless you have your display set to windows out side the game then you just need to expand the window to full size....
