Exactly.

In the interest of keeping it fun for everyone, the 'recipient' of pirating should IMHO, be given the chance to save their game, then have the choice to pay some kind of 'ransom' to the pirate for 'safe passage' or fight/run/etc.

Given GDF's stance on 'piracy', you can guess what'll happen to 'pirates' if we catch 'em... :D

Sounds like fun to me!

ok im gonna get it in about a week. so continuing on this thread. im entirely expecting to get vaporised a few times the instant i log on but can u guys give a new pajama piwate some tips?

Yes. Get a Mantis jumpdrive and a big fuel tank and then keep auto jumping on inertia boldly where no man has gone before....;):P:P:P:P:P

Ask for help in MP and most people will guide you through the different aspects of the game.

It might be a good experience to hook up as a gunner to a more experienced pilot when you
start training combat. It's a lot of fun as well.;)
