Connecting issues EM

Was looking on around on the forums and came across some connection topics but the only one I seen no one found out what was causing the issue.

Long story short I can not host a game and I can not connect to any game.

It's is not my firewall nor any other program blocking it...

I've always hosted games for my friends and I to play... I have never EVER had an issue with connecting to a game.

I have ported ports manual in my windows 7 firewall even though I have it shut off and I do not go through a router.

I'm running Windows 7 x86

None of my friends are having issues except me.... but like I said I'm always the one that hosts...

I bought this game for the multiplayer and if it isnt going to work then ill be posting for a refund...

Anyone help?

I downloaded the game from gamersgate.com
I cable internet... wired...

Anytime I try and connect to any internet game it says the game is unavailble because its block or the game is full even when i try and connect to my own game that i created or connect to a friends game... everyone else can get in but me...

I can get the exact message but like i said its something about I may be blocking the server or some crap which I know I am not because I have everything shut off and I can have people connect to my comp direct IP in other games no problem

Not using a dedicated server just running it on my comp for testing reasons...

My friends are doing it this way and hosting a game and I cant join but everyone else can...

I have the latest and greats versian aswell...

Really frustrating

Negative... Don't know who he is or what file that actually is... I just got the game about 5 hours ago and have been fighting with it ever since..

Okay, Looking at my msinfo32 what should I export to him exactly? Hardware? Components? Software environment?
