Will we be able to transfer money from one of own pilots to another on of our own pilots in mercenaries?
I dont think we have that option in legends. And if we did i hadnt found it yet:P

Yes, you can do that in Legends if you use 2 different computers on 2 different networks in Multiplayer...

transfering money in mercenaries.
You can always transfer some to a trustworthy pilot in MP, quit and then reload with your other profile, and have them transfer it back to you. If you're lucky, they won't even charge you a fee

I think Ad Astra lets you transfer inventory, including cash. But that's because evey time they come out with a new version of the game, it's incompatible with the player's current profile.
