Dumb question of the day... Contracts?

Hey, is it possible to script a new contract and add it into the game, or are they coded in? I'm assuming it's pretty difficult even if possible as nobody's tried...
I'd love to try to add in some new missions, especially for the warzones...

Along the same lines, is it possible to script any kind of action to a ship? For example, making a capital ship take evasive action or sit still after disabled, like for a capture mission.

I had heard of that feature for Arvoch, but I haven't been a player.
Guess that's just something to toss on the wishlist, then.
