Idea: Mod for in-game notes to self?

I'm not a modder, but I've often thought it would be handy to have a note-taking area in the navigation or inventory console. Is that something a mod could do?

Not currently. Although you can use the map log to save notes and it will even include a waypoint marker on the map for you as a reminder.

It is better believe me.
Add log button, so useful.

Use it for notes also for locations.
