New music
My fellow Evochron Renegade pilots,
I spent about 8 hours Saturday in the recording studio composing and recording some music for ER. I have a total of 8 songs now from previous sessions available but need some suggestions as to where to post the files for anyone interested in them. Wav files are approximately 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes long, at approximately 22 to 42 meg in size. These wav files are free and as time allows I'll create some more, I only ask that my name stays on the wav file authorship.
Song styles vary from ethereal non-conformist non-structural, to structured beat and/or riff driven.

I'd be happy to host them if you want to zip them and send them to me via e-mail (if they're about 10-15 MB zipped, individually would probably be best). The other option would be to use a file hosting service, others might have some recommendations there as I'm not too familiar with what's available.

Sounds great Straker, I'll likely be listening to them more later on today.

You seem to use a lot of high-pitched riffs and synths, if I'm using the correct terms. I think you'd get a far darker atmosphere if you'd use lower-pitched sounds. They all have a nice sci-fi theme, but beside Music6, they're not really my style. Then again, I'm not really sci-fi besides these games.

Rami, next batch of songs I'll try to include lower rumbly atmo-types, hopefully finish those in about a week. Thanks Pariah, love Vangelis, all time favorite ... Chariots of Fire .... greatness indeed.
Enjoy the music

I have updated Straker's music files for ADPCM format, about a 75% reduction in file size. The download is now about 54 MB, same link as above.

Yup, it's pretty easy The music folder just needs to be in the game's installation folder.
