Server installation on Linux

Greetings,

I am looking to setup a server for our community at Spacegamejunkie.com.

We have a dedicated linux box and was wondering if there are any methods to setting up a dedicated server on it.

If this is in reference to Evochron Legacy, one of the server programs may run under emulation (network compatibility unknown though), but they are Windows only.

This is in reference to Legacy.

I don't want to play under Linux, just host the server under linux.

But if push comes to shove i'll Windows it instead.
