Trouble with Quest ALC Transporter

Having gone 80 sects north and 10 east I found the quest marker and the gate. When I set the Scanner Station within (+/-150) nothing happens. Quest is active. Any help? I did not find anything on this forum for this quest.

When you launch the game and select a pilot, your stats sheet will indicate which Stage you're at. Make note and post here so that we can pinpoint the problem.

Btw, do you get the following message in chat after you attempt to launch the sensor?
