How to move engineered item to secondary hard point?

I engineered a charge pack but unlike equipment slots which are accessible in the hangar the weapon slots are not.

Could someone please tell me how to move it?

Move it into a cargo slot and, from there, exit the station menu. You can then move it into a weapons slot.

As Marvin points out, place the item in the cargo bay. You can then use right click to install weapons or equipment from the cargo bay. Likewise, you can also use right click to uninstall weapons and equipment back into the cargo bay for holding or transfer.
