I would like to buy a Deploy Constructor, but I can not find one to buy. I visited several FDN systems : Talison, Fauston, Sierra, Aries, Merak and Cygnus.
Are there prerequisites to buy the Deploy Constructor which I do not met ?

It will come down to location and market/industry conditions along with opportunity. First, locate a system that has a planet with a technology based industry class (a letter 'T' after the planet's name). You'll also want to focus your search on systems that have a tech/econ rating above around 35 or so. Once those criteria are met, the local inventories should eventually offer a deploy constructor. If you see a build constructor, but not a deploy constructor, you're still in the right location and you'll just need to check back periodically for one to become available. If you don't find one at the local station, check the planet and vice versa. If one isn't available in any local inventory, you can wait for the inventories to be updated or go somewhere else for a while and check back later.
