Starpoint Gemini 2 - Its a capital ship game in early release, I picked it up in the very early days and have had a blast playing it. Quite polished, has quite a bit of content already in with storyline to be enabled (Currently in game but finalizing it all before releasing it to everyone) plus a ton of features for your ships.

Out of all the early access games I have acquired on Steam, this is the only one that I find more of a beta than alpha game.

Like a space RGB right?

So... you only see ship from outside?

Its a capital ship game, Outside view only (though there is talk about a cockpit in the future - I always fly in turret view so have full 360 Degrees viewing for combat)

SPG2 brings back many memories of Elite and Freelancer in its game play. New patch went live today 18th Jan 2014, adding in fighter wings to your ships that have hanger bays (Very cool to see your fighter wings on defensive patrols around your main ship)

For the price its the only current early release game(Space genre) on Steam I have actually got my moneys worth out of and still a ton of hours left in it. Mod tools are supplied with the game, which give the ability to do almost anything, add in new ships, new sectors, galaxies, well you name it pretty much.

Oh and no loading screens whilst travelling the galaxy, all streams in real time.

Here are some reviews of this game.

Doesn't look that encouraging. I kinda considered getting it after looking at the video on their website.

Thats the original Prej and yes it isnt that good,

SPG2 is far superior and on Early Alpha release on Steam. It is far superior to its old counterpart, I have sunk over 100 hours currently and still enjoying the current alpha.
