So for whatever reasons.... Create model in blender 3.4, export as obj, then in blender 2.7 import that obj then export as obj again, import the 2.7 obj into blender 2.49b, then export as a direct x model - crazy but it worked

:-) I asked the wife if she could help update Starwraith while I focus more on the project in between helping Dad, she uses way more exposition than I would lol
As the game loads, you find yourself inside the Shuttle Bay, gazing out at the two shuttle crafts that are docked nearby. The walls around you are a light shade of grey, providing a subtle contrast to the sleek, futuristic design of the shuttles. The atmosphere is calm, and the shuttle bay doors are closed. Your perspective from within the shuttle craft offers a unique vantage point, allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of Evochron Star Trek and experience the thrill of space exploration.

Cool. Is that a window on the upper level, directly in front?

I think so I believe in the shows (since I used tng shuttlebay 2 for inspiration) is where the traffic control room is or tractor beam control, or maybe that's just where the replicator water cooler is lol
