I have a small suggestion for future updates.
In the past, I played Elite 2.
And when my jump drive was damaged, there was a possibility that when you jumped, you could be stranded somewhere in a sector, or even between 2 sectors.
So perhaps that could be added.
Is it also possible to add a emergency signal so you could call in back up when in heavy combat?
Evochron and Arvoch are the best space games existing.

And perhaps also the option for communicating with other pilots.
Because I haven't seen that before in Evochron Legacy.
With that option, you could perhaps trade with other pilots, or ask for help.

Re: Suggestion for update
You can already do some of that. Target a ship and click on the "Trade" option in the upper HUD. If you get a Chat message that the ship is too far away, close and try again. If you have trouble staying in range, try using the "follow" option.deon_de_ruijter wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 3:53 pm And perhaps also the option for communicating with other pilots.

I hope you like my 3 suggestions.
I have never seen such a good game as Evochron in my entire life.
And it's getting even better and better.
I hope you could use the suggestion.

Re: Suggestion for update
Request Information, Hire a Fleet, and Drop Cargo are the three options you can generate by targeting a ship and clicking on Trade at the HUD or the Navigation menu. When you request information, it might cost you a few credits and, subsequently, might not be worth the price. Then again, you might learn something new. If you've accepted a rather difficult contract (usually combat- related), it often helps to gather a few buddies to form a fleet by targeting ships, one at a time, and selecting the "Hire" option.

Can other ships also order you to drop cargo as pirates?
I never encountered NPC pirates in the game.
Are NPC pirates in the game?

Evidently they exist. As to where they patrol and who they attack (do they scan your cargo bay for booty or attack anyone who ventures near the pirate lair?) is probably something only Vice can answer.
