So I made it to SOL. Nice job on the planets. Mars was pretty badass. Venus was pretty neat too...till i blowed up from getting too close lol. Quite obviously can`t land on earth. Stealth fields don`t work for anyone who didn`t know

So back to earth now. I really wanna land on it so I can see my hometown lol. I believe the best way to be able to land would be to simply increase my reputation. Unfortunately in system my rep is `good` which means I dont get access to any good killy missions. So am I stuck doing little missions like cleaning and delivering? Is there a faster way to raise rep?
Or even better could u at least let me know if rep has anything to do with it?
It cracks me up that getting to see the planet you are from is next to impossible.

you can try killing all guild and rebel ships u can find, I tried but I ran out of hostile targets before getting my rep any higher

Ya know i just bet its a certain path that you gotta take. Ive been tempted to blow up that station that orbits earth just to see what happens lol. For now the mining is AMAZING so Ill make a few mill then head back to a more interesting place. One day someone will let it slip then BAM my ass is on earth.

I have died about a 1000 times trying to land on that darn ball called earth.

Rep has nothing to do with it I think.

You can't blow that station up since it's not a player build station!

Im thinking mebbe the IMG quests may be the ticket now. Its funny that im sure others have landed on it but its a VERY well kept secret. Need to get wikileaks onto evochron

There was a cheat, in Renegades, where you could land on earth. But, I don't think that the same cheat applies to Mercenary.
