Hi, guys!
Do you guys know how fast the space craft will be going when going through the class 1 thru mantis 10 jump drives? I think I might be able to find the mantis jump drive in Olympus prime which is at SX 1250 and SZ 500 coordinates. Now for real life space, is there a jumpdrive out in space somewhere in real life? Thanks!
Cheers,
Vincent

Jump drives
The Jumpdrive speed is the same for all Jumpdrives. The class of jumpdrive only designate the max amount of sectors you can jump in one jump.
When you use a jumpdrive you open a corridor almost or similar to a wormhole in the Space Time Continuum. So the Jump time is the same regardless of how many sectors you jump in one jump and is between 10 to 15 seconds depending on your System Specs. So to calculate how fast you traveled a certain amount of sectors/distance jumping You divide the distance by the 10-15 seconds you calculate on your system it takes for a jump! And it will be the same calculation for every jumpdrive!.......To understand this you have to understand the physics involving the Space Time Continuum!.....

In real life a jumpdrive like that as in the Game does not exist. If it did we would already be traveling inter Solar from Solar System to Solar System and be colinizing other planets!;):P

Jump drives
Hi, Maarschalk!
How do I understand physics involving space time continuum? Is it possible that sometime in the 24th like the year 2300, will there be any jump drives in real life space? Thanks!
Cheers,
Vincent

Jump drives
You can google it and read up on it!......I do not know about the year 2300. What I do know is at some point we will reach for the stars and we already are making efforts towards that goal! From post: 129181, Topic: tid=8818, author=Cheri50000 wrote:Hi, Maarschalk!
