Telling wingmen to hold position (SPOILER ALERT)

It took me a half hour to figure out how to hire wingmen in the demo. Once I figured it out, I noticed that I only got 20 minutes or so left in the demo. Anyway, I reconfigured the F5 to F8 keys to command my wingmen. Is it possible that in the next release to have a command that tells wingmen to hold their position while I go planet side. Reason is, my wingmen are not exactly atmosphere friendly. When I dock at a city, my wingmen either crash and burn, or I tell them to mine asteroids before I go planetside.

Problem with the latter option is that, when I return to space, I pretty much have to go looking for them.

I doubt that would be possible. All systems, except Sapphire have enemy ships that sooner or later would find & attack your waiting comrades. Without direction from you, they would just fly off and return to what they were doing.

Sounds like a pretty reasonable thing to be able to ask wingmates to do. It could be set so i f you're not back in 20 minutes or so they will have left so they're not waiting there forever.
