How to me to establish fashions in game?
Please, answer on more detailed, I about it have not understood anything.

By fashions you mean you rep on a systerm? If so then you will have to do contract for either navy or eng to improve you rep. Keep in mind if you want an over all improve rep then you MUST stay in that systerm till you have reach fraction rep change. If you leave the systerm before a total rep change then you will have to start all over again.
You can save and leave the game then come back and play more, but never leave the systerm till total rep change.

You will know ot once it change

There is also an easier way to mod this game but it's a bit difficult to explain. What's your native language?
