game don't save progress

Demo of Evochron Mercenary
Like in topic game don't save progress.
In game "select profile and save" but this dont work. Its creating always a Duplicate of the older save.
The game is instaled in default localization, but was previously installed on other path. The folder "settings" was transferred to the new localization.

You can't save during a contract, watch for any error messages at the top left of the screen when you try to save. Once you're not in the middle of a contract, you can use the save option just about anywhere.

Can't really explain it then, unless your system is interfering with the save process or something. What version of the game are you working with? What settings (if any) are in the savedir.txt file?

Buy the game and you can save. There isn't, as far as I know, a save game facility in the demo mode.

Actually raven you can save in demo as long as your not in a contract, I know personally having played about 30 minuntes of Mercenary in demo mode before saying screw it and pulling out the credit card.

I never bothered with the demo mode, just jumped straight in.
