Typically if you're using an ISP that provides a single NAT address you will NOT be able to setup a server. I've tried and Comcast put me on a an 8 hour IP refresh. I tried using OpenDNS and Comcast went to hourly refresh. So unless Your ISP is willing to provide you with a static IP or doesn't throttle bandwidth like it was blue diamonds you'll continue to be frustrated. Then again if your router has a hardware firewall you need to try setting your server computer outside the DMZ.

Hey Mike how are you doing this?

when asking for help of this sort, its best to give the name of your isp and country your in as well as the type of package you pay for, but never give your actual ip in an open forum.

with isp | Country and package details we can go onto your isp website and get information pertaining to the issue in question,

Ip cycle rates, lease times, if they have forums, are they full of ppl complaining about NAT or Contention issues, or Problems with gaming online.

The more info you provide, the more precise the answer(s) will be.

But protect Yourself, never provide you Wan ip or hostmask in an open forum.
