First IMG Mission

I can't finish the first IMG mission. After I pick up the satellite, how do I deliver it. I tried equiping it and jettisoning it. Neither work.

Do not jettison it. Get in the center of the green box and right mouse click the Satelite when completely centered in the green box. Match the ships speed once in the green box with the M key to stay in the green box till contract completes.

That is to discard cargo or transfer equipment and weapons from cargo bays to empty slots or to other ships.....

You can only transfer to equipment slots when docked at a Station.
IN space while mining right clicking the cargo bay will discard the items in the cargo bay you do not want. When delivering goods you discard the cargo you want to deliver by right clicking on the cargo bay that holds the Satelite. If you jetison you jetison all your cargo instead of just one thing for delivery....

How long does it take?
Am I supposed to hold it down or something?
I right clicked on it, while in the center of the box, nothing happens.

Got it. Left Click in inventory screen.
