Work permitting I'll be there. Correct me if I'm wrong but does the clock revert back to standard time in the USA this weekend?

Intel update:
Humint assets in-place on Atlas Minor, report an optimum of C5 and C15 equipment available at the MTC. Appears to be consistant with sector economy. Assets in-place also report weather ceilings of 24,ooo - 25,000 mtrs AGL (at the MTC), with clearing of a sort, around 38,000 mtrs. Advice tendered is watch the HUD and other altimeter displays. ;)

I don't think a time has been set yet for this Lex.

Dingo, Mike, et. al.;
Have been schmoozing Atlas Minor planet, city and environs. Have had some assistance in gathering "background". It looks like "we" will need at least the ref and 3-4 non-involved pilots to anchor the corners of the kill-box. The ref and spotters will most likely be compelled to land (softly) at distance from the city center-point; "park", then use their hat device on-stick (if present) to view the killing field/watch boundries. And, at least one of the ref crew will need to be mobile, in atmo, to monitor altitude. The weather inherent to Atlas Minor does not lend itself to an ease of viewing objects in the atmosphere. No problems with target ID and acquisition, as this info displays auto-magically. Food for thought. :)

Count me in if I get the time, what is the date for the event? I don't know if I read over it but all I know is the rules and location but not when to be there.

Thanks AGAIN Busch. It will Be As You Say. 4 "Corner" Spotters. We'll need Volounteers. Position Them as You Think BEST Busch.

A Date Has NOT Been Set. Lex I Think You're talking about the "Cut-Off" Date of 07/1/11 23:59 EST. That is JUST the LAST Date/Time for Pilots to Enter.

I'll Add You Mec and Keep You In Lex.

I've got tenative acceptance from two, and a strong probable from other pilots. Just need to get two more pilot-volnteers. Well, at least one more. ;)
Planetfall experience desired. Ability to land planet-side and go to ground a desired trait. Atmospheric pilotage and situational awareness a must. Inclement weather/IFR certificates will be perused for curentcy. :P:P:P:P:P Date and time considerations are the limiter of acceptance, at this point. :)

Hi all.

I've been a bit busy, but any suggestions about a day?
I don't know if I have the time to join this weekend, so maybe next Sunday, 27th of November UTC 9.00 PM.

Does that work for all participants?

Do you need any more corner refs? I can land and fly in an atmosphere - I've even done contracts in the outer edges of a gas giant including picking up and delivering containers :)

SeeJay - Sunday, 27 Nov 2011, works for me. Don't know what the conversion of 9 PM UTC would be for my area, but will be standing by never the less. :)

DaveK - Yes, we still need corner refs, and thank you for offering your services. Muchly appreciated ! :P

**Which of the servers will we be conducting the match on ?** Makes no difference to me; just that all of us show up on time and dressed to kill. :P:P:P:P:P :cool:

I think all should calculate their own local time. (UTC/GMT is the same for those that don't know that)

Here is one converter: http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc

It doesn't matter to me what server we play on for the event.
Lets have a Vote;)
(Since Dingo are competing it might be easier for him to fight on R1?)

Looks like about 1300 hrs (1 PM) my time on the day. Good enough. Rem-1, Atlas Minor; be there or be square. ;) :D:D:D:D:D :cool:

** Those who've given tenative and probable acceptance for corner ref's - we should probably get together,on-line in MP, to get the ground/field set-uo hammered out. There's some speed/time/distance/altitude markers to get cleared on. Wanna be as fair to all combatants as the ROE allows for. Practise, practise, practise. Is way you get to Carnegie Hall. :P **

I'm away until around lunchtime UCT/GMT on Sunday (visiting aged sickly parents) but Sunday afternoon / early evening would be fine. :)
