Not completely dry but very shallow and swamp like and yes some places barren desserts!........

Here are pictures and Proof. These were taken in the middle of the Indian Ocean and I'm sitting on the bottom of it which used to be the Sea Floor and is now wetlands! This is with all Graphics settings on high. The last picture shows what the Oceans should have looked like on Earth! and were taken on a different planet!....
