Looks from the data of Marvins recently posted charts that the Starmaster is the best deal from all the other ships even better then the highest military ship.
Look closer (that's why I included all data). The Starmaster's base speed and agility are bad, really bad. You'll be using up a lot of assembly points to upgrade your engine and wing type.
