Nav Map problem?

Hi, New player here. I've been enjoying the game so far, only playing a couple of days.. mostly mining and a few contracts to start with, but today just noticed that when zoomed in max at the NAV map, the only thing showing is my ship [green marker]. If I zoom out 1 click, objects, gates, planets, etc, appear. This seemed to start when I agreed to transport a crew for pay.. although that may have been a conecedence. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? or is this a known problem? TIA for any feed back

Ok, I told you I was a new player... I had the damn nav map fliped to rear view. Stupid!!

Not stupid. At least you found the Rear view. Some pilots go weeks before discovering the map has two views.

Hello MajTom, you can hit the edit tab on your messages to add to your post instead of having 3 in a row as you have above.
