HELP I AM GETTING DIZZY

I just put a joy stick on and now my ship spins left or if I invert it then I do barrel rolls. I have deleted and recallebrated this 3-4 times with no luck. On options my axis 7 is all the wat to the left have tried all the buttons none move this axis, it said it was bound when locked on arrow beside it. Getting space sick please HELP thank you!:):)

Why do you specifically need axis 7 ... can't you reassign movement to another axis?

tryed spinning ur chair in opposite direction ?

jk, look for a stuck or engaged button or slider

one of the throttle controls does this to me in another game.
