Last night, I finally reached the rank of Legend and my first thought was "I wonder how many pilots have reached this high rank?

My second question is, now that I have the rank of Legend what benefits does one get with this rank?

Just for one, try docking at a station that you would normally have to pay a very high docking fee at.

Some of the docking fees are extremely high.

LOL....Now you can spend the credits you would normally spend on docking fees to buy exodus missiles instead.......

lol,i thought i was the only person who still used exodius missiles instead of an excal for the simple reason that i prefer smaller ships that can only hole 2-4 missiles

Marvin can't do this Sunday because I will be out of town but God willing we can do the following Sunday. It was great last Sunday with Denny and you.

well your civ rank is based on your ship,cash missions done etc, so generally it'll go up as you play over time ( there is a formula in the strategy guide ).

Your military rank is based on the number of missions you do.

Like Verb says. I only want to add about military missions is that it only applies in any of the 3 warzones. You have to do military missions in one of the 3 warzones to get your military rank up......

nothing wrong with a talon, I've taken down a Vonari capital with one, and I've seen someone take down a alliance cruiser in one using no missiles.

Given the right pilot using the right tactics you could even take down the big E in one ( ok thats kinda unlikely, but possible) each ship has its own advantages........

i LOVE my talon, it's fun going into a fight where the targets have me massively outgunned and outarmoured and flying through a cloud of exploding starstuff

Ship frame does not matter for military rank. You can use any ship, civilian or military. But you have to do the missions in one of the 3 warzones.....

I forgot to say thanks to my IA brothers, especially Miaz who really has been a tremendous help to me (like Maarschalk) and always helped in conquering million credit missions.
As far as ship frame, Maarschalk is correct "the pilot makes the ship".
