How to change the music from Mercenary back to that used in Legends?

Hey all,

First post. LOVE this sim! So much so, that I bought Mercenary *2 days* after registering Legends!

So I have both. Registered. Nice work, Vice!

You folks are an awesome community, and I'll be a while reading all the wonderful 'tech guides' you guys put out to get up to speed!

On to the question:

Yeah, I read the add-on stuff about the *-1.ogg, *-2.ogg, *-3.ogg files - I get that.

I still have the (currently registered and unused

) Legends on my HD. Which file do I need to 'swap' to get the Lengends music back? It's not apparent by the file names, and I don't want to do too much poking around in the *.sw and *.dll files.

No offense to Rick's fine work - I just like the Yamaha CS-80 type keyboard sounds better! It's truly the 'king' of all keyboards, and I like mine very much!

Any help appreciated!

I used to play Jumpgate before it's demise, and this is much better! And I don't have to pay $24.95/month for it, either!

That's how you know you're truly dedicated to a space sim! Lol!

I imagine you would have to get your hands on the .wav files for the music, which I think are hard-coded into the game code. If you could trace the music back to the site of its author, or have Vice send you a copy of those files (he will most certainly have those), you would be able to replace the music by following the appropriate steps in the CustomKit guide.
