1)I've seen video footage of people "spelunking" inside of asteroids. Where can I get in on some of that sweet action?
2)Is there an external ship light we can switch on? I was scoping out a planet that was pitch black and crashed into the terrain.
3)Some stations don't have their names labeled on the map, just their coordinates. Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for helping this nooby out.

1. Check the Nav Map. An asteroid cave kind of looks like an aircraft carrier as seen from above. The icon is yellow. There should be one somewhere in Sapphire ... and another one near Pearl.
2. The only external light is switched on automatically ... and only when you're inside an asteroid cave (past the portal).
3. The stations might be player-built. Were in you multiplayer when you saw them?

I was offline. The stations were located all over the sapphire quadrant(?) I flew to some to see what their names were. Starports 2, 7, 8 and 10 were some of the culprits.
I have another noob question if someone would be so kind to answer it: What affects your relationship with factions? I left Sapphire for a while to do some missions in Olympus Prime and when I came back my relations had dropped 20% with just about every faction. I'm also having a hard time building my relations back up by doing contracts.

In every other star system except Atlas, your reputation is somewhere between "Fair" and "Hostile" ... the worse it gets, the more your likelihood of running into enemy ships. You can improve your overall reputation in single-player by doing contracts for anybody except Guild and Rebels. Every contract increases your faction reputation for whoever offers the contract. But, if you leave the star system before the overall reputation changes, you're considered by the locals to have abandoned them. And, when next you visit that system, you'll see a corresponding reduction in faction rep.
