Evochron Mercenary Expansion Question

So just out of curiosity, How is the expansion being distributed? Is it going to be an EXPANSION onto EM? Or will it be a Standalone? As well as it will be released on Steam right? Because, I am one of those noobs that rely on my DRM to show me new games, So that is how I learned about EM...

PLEASE DON'T HATE ME!!!

And maybe even a estimated price?

I don't know I just didn't see any of this information up on the Expansion Page.

It's gonna have modifications on the weapons (something like that if i understood), it's gonna have new design on the ships yeah!!!!! (and i saw new design on stations, i hope they look bigger).
Also it's gonna have walkers, i hope not dead walkers

(although i prefer flying than walking i really feel nice about other players are so excited about it).

As for the rest amigo, i have no clue, honest!!!! Propably will come on steam too, maybe will take a little bit longer to be released on steam.

Get on mp now...

Looking at the game files and how the mods work it's pretty safe to assume that it will not be a standalone. Then again the whole thing is so lightweight that it's very possible. I hope that it applies to your current game data as an expansion but that's just me. I can't wait to hear more information on it too. I would love if I could offer the input that he wants rather than guessing what he is willing to listen to and where the code is flexible enough for change. Close to derailing there sorry.

Vice has stated that he hopes to have it be a standalone or add on to an existing installation, think of it as once it comes out, it will probably be the only version of EM available.
