Quick query...does stacking crew members stack their bonuses or does only one count...eg if I have two weapons ops do their bonuses to my system stack or not?

Unless there is a glitch in your game, you can only have one of each type crew member.

Stacking Crew
The only way to have two onboard of the same profession is one as a crew member and one as a transport passenger. So either case you only pay one and one pays you upon timely transport to passengers destination!...
