Create my Own Campaign in Star Wraith IV: Reviction?

I've Finished the Star Wraith IV Reviction in my old Netbook and i love this game

But i read this in the SWMission.SWM

' This is a mission template for creating your own scripted scenarios
' Use the instructions included in this template to create your own missions
' Simply modify the variables below and save this file under a different name
' You can load up to 14 missions to create your own campaigns

And i'm Interested! How i can create my own campaign? Anyone Knows?
