Oh boy, I somehow missed that one. Luckily I haven't blown anything up yet, but was planning to! Unfortunately that does mean that I can't continue playing on G1. I just can't agree with that rule buddy; I believe it brings a certain unbalance in favor of the larger clans.
Just my opinion though.

what if a large clan think like you ?

then it get really very unbalanced for small ones

I think the bigger clans will have respect for the smaller ones. The don't need to prove themselves

Not sure if Built stations are taking. I built a bunch and reached limit, left server and returned with different profile, some stations not there then. Will try another test but am having trouble logging on again. Will try, try again. LOL

UPDATE!!! All seems to be working so it must have been something I did wrong. Anyway All is good!!:P

It seems at times the stations on G1 behave like cities ... you can't see them until you enter the corresponding sectors.

Yes I've noticed that too. Although I have the lowest ping on G1 of all servers, it takes very long for player stations to appear on the map, which for some reason doesn't happen on any of the other servers. I'd estimate it takes 20-30 secs for the map to show all player stations.

just been scanning through the stations on galatica 1 and i seem to have alot of what i would call deserted FF stations.. I suppose i am asking someone from FF to confirm the stations are deserted and is it ok to delete them to make room for new clans..the staions are in non clan systems....Thanks..starbuck

Last request for station clensing on Galactica 1.......all systems with no clantag will be cleaned of stations by next weekend. this is to allow new clans to claim territory......

I'm good to go for the cleanup.

I'm recommending a defrag of the server too that might help somewhat in speeding up things maybe.

No joy here yet. You guys must be hogging the server (lol). Will try later if I see some one on. I am getting that "No response from UDP port" message.

wilst playing with the router settings i have found that the router firewall was enabled........so i have disabled it.
hopefully this may have been the problem some of you guys have been having...........se how you get on.....

I can't figure out how to join your server... It doesn't show up on the online server list. I think it's only showing people in my area. I live in MA, USA.

No. That's not normally the problem. If the server doesn't show, it means Starbuck is AFH (away from home) and somebody pulled the plug.

Last Sunday I also saw two G1 servers. Unfortunately, both of them were ghosts. A power outage was to blame.
