to upload your files I recommend a "cloud-drive".
At SugarSync you have 5GB for free, you can upload there files and for specific files you can get a "open link" to share it to other people. You able to create folders in your "cloud-drive". You can upload files up to 99MB in your web-browser. For all files bigger than 100MB you need to install the "SugarSyncSetup.exe".
If you someday match the 5GB than simply delete some files or do it before you match your 5GB.

It is also good when more than one guy working on one project, than you can always update and delete files, folders or create new folders.
