I have it on my schedule, but just wanted to let you all know that I probably won't be able to make it. I have somethings to take care of in real life, so if I don't make it, I'm sorry, but I really did try to come. Good luck to everyone.

Due to the recent informations revealed about the Cave, I have added rule 10.

If you end up outside the Cave, you're out of the competition.

I thought that that was very high up in the original rule list!

Stick a proximity mione or two at the entrance after everyones in!

I just made it clear that it doesn't matter how you leave the Cave.

Your out even if you accidentally fly through a wall and end up in open space.

You can enter and leave the cave without using the entrance!
Proximity mines are only effective against those who use the entrance to get in and out.....

And a defenition of the Cave is needed so we all are clear about this rule. You can fly through the walls and be in between 2 other walls inside other Caves not part of the intended original Cave but your still within the borders of the Astroid walls. I agree with the rule only if you leave the outside wall of the Astroid cause then your in Space and not inside a hidden Crevice. You can tell when you enter or leave the Astroid walls when your lights turn on and off and you can only hear that if you have sound on! So I would say if you leave the Astroid outer walls your out! But that would be hard to monitor cause the outside walls are hard to monitor by the referees and would depend on the honesty of the player when his lights turn off to step out of the competetion.....

I don't mind flying a string-of pearls/peel-me-an-orange orbit on the 'roid cave, if this will assist in helping to keep the honest people honest. Am also fairly up to speed on nav plots listed in the "stack". I should be able to "tell" when, or if a combatant exceeds the boundries of the 'roid cave loc (vis-a-vis, not using the entrance to exit, however it occurs). MM may have a better facility and grasp of this, from his loc. Good points, Maars and SeeJay. Prox mines would be negative re-inforcement of the event rules, and not needed, imhyco.

If this Last Man Standing goes anything like the last LSM, we can pretty much count on the honor system whenever pilots stray outside the walls.

Sad to say I won't be able to join today. I have to go get a new router as my Belkin lost 3 of its 4 wired ports. I was hooking up my laptop to wired mode and found out only one port is working:(. Bestbuy opens at 11am PST so i will be standing in line to get a Linksys E1550 that has very good reviews.

Regretablely, I Will Not Be able to Participate. And I Had SUCH a "KILLER" Strategy Laid Out. LoL. But In this Instace SLEEP takes Presidence Above All Else.
