Recovering Items from Containers

It was my understanding that after leaving the System with the Containers and Returning you would have Unlimited Access to it's Contents.(Like the Earlier Versions)
I traveled to 3 Different Systems,a Warzone and a Conflict Zone and Each Time I Returned to the System with Containers (My Home) I was only able to Recover 1 Item from Each Container.
Am I doing something Wrong?
Is Unlimited Access still Available?

As stated, they simply 'restore' themselves for another available item once you've left and return to the system.

So, unlike previous Versions of the Game, No More Filling All 8 Missle Hardpoints at a Single Time.

They're pretty powerful missiles, you know!

Can't just give 'em away like candy.
