You can buy them lower than that, and sell them for higher - which makes them a very tradeable item!

That's all I use em for, trade, I have yet to fire my first FT, but until I actually find any real use for it I will.
I have not yet met a target that is worthy of an FT............

They are a darn quick way of getting thru 7 en pilot missions.

Ya, but it removes the fun factor of actually fighting them, plus it's a waste of credits.

Thanks for all the info. This community is very open, accepting, and helpful, it's nice to see this kind of following, as there are many niche games like this where people shun all those new. The helpful, mature attitudes really make a difference, and I thank everyone for that.

Wow, 1.5 million credits!

I for one am glad they are in the game, it's nice to have a ridiculously overpowered weapon.

Besides, this game is all about choice, the tools are there and if you don't want to use them you don't have to.

You may think it too cheesy to win fights, I look on it as a quick way to get through missions, and, gain rank.

Is this too old school for you: "All is fair in love and war"?

Perhaps trading, to make money, is too "old school" for you, a tad infra dignitatem, after all, "gentlemen don't indulge in trade", do they? Money should only be made through mission rewards!

I already said I only use em for trading, well, not anymore though, I already have more money then I need anyway and since I don't spend any money because I don't have to build anything or waste money shooting FT's at insects I only make more on the pile.

I also don't get how you figured up I am getting all worked up about people using FT's in dogfights, trust me I am not, all I said was that I don't use cheesy weapons to win fights.

If that bothers you in any way as an "cheesy" fighter there is very little I can do about that Raven.

EDIT: And I am not worried about rank anymore either since I obtained both ranks already.

If the definition of win is "something goes boom", then I guess I win all my fights with the military frames, even though 9 times out of 10 it's me going boom!! (the 10th time it was an Evoch that couldn't handle a salvo of Excal's!)
