Version 1.2.1 released. A feel-good release with just cosmetic changes. Icon and buttons released. New tabbed interface where Carrier data will be filled with carrier data in the next release.

Hey Mapman ver 1.2 is updating now with trhe newest 1.220 but I am having problems getting your 1.2.1 as it is not an .msi type. How do I get the fancy buttons ?(lol).

Yeah I also am not getting the installer, just what appears to be a linux file.

Your right. It was the Linux Installer. I was probably still drunk this morning when deploying that.

Its fixed now.

Hit F5 and use same link again

Now we NEED to decide what the software should be named.

A common name for a sofware that is:

a HUD
a Map
a Position Tracker
a Ship status/inventory tool (coming)
a Discovery Tool where you can add your findings . (coming)

SeeJay. Its your project. Decide.

Ive installed are uninstalled the program several times but cant get the settings button to do anything

Im starting to think that you still open the online version (http://mercenary.junholt.com) after installing. Use the new icon in your start-menu instead.

Does anyone know if there is a max value for fuel. I can read a value of 799 in seeJays savedata.txt.

Is that just a number or is if out of 1000 ?

Max Fuel is 2400 if I recall correct.

Still no luck. I have two computers. It works on one but not the other. The other is 64 bit but I have gotten it to work on other 64 bit computers.

Is the settings button gray?..is it not reacting. Do you get an error message?

The button is not grayed out. The first time I installed the program the settings dialog box did appear and I put in a path to the file and clicked ok. I then realized I put in the wrong path to the file so I hit the settings button again but the dialog box did not appear. Figuring the dead path was causing the problem I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still no worky. Thanks for your help.

Locate the mercenary.settings file. It should be in your application data directory. Search for it. Delete it.

Nice! I've got it running at the moment - My fuel tank capacity is 4000 so it maxes out your fuel guage... Regardless, it's still running really well and I like the ping effect of your current location...
