I stumbled on a pack of pirates today on the R1 Server.

3 guys working together killing new players in Sapphire for fun.
When I asked them to stop killing new players in Sapphire because Sapphire is supposed to be a safe haven and that players are not allowed to kill players there, especially advanced players killing new players as a server rule the reply was, this is a no rules server, we can do what we want, we are pirates, etc.

Then they went after me, jumping me in the middle of a combat contract and finally they blew up GD's Station in Onyx.

So this is for all AS pilots, shoot these guys on sight:

Abio Genesis
Kliener
Blaze

There is no "safe zone" on the R1 server. Sapphire was a safe zone on the old server that is not up anymore. Sad to say but that how it is for now. Clan [UE] will watch for those 3 also.

That is a Blog that we can use for private AS discussions.

"Flash" does appear to be one of the "pirates".
I don't agree with there tactics, but it is a "no rules server".
I might point out that while everyone knows this, most players have the maturity and the civility not to repeatedly attack noobs.
It is pointless, proves nothing and is childish. Players who find the need to repeatedly attack noobs and players of lesser skill usually do it to cover their own failuires in life and are so self-centered they have no idea of the effect it may have on other people.
After all the new players quit from being harrassed they will have to turn on more experienced players. Soon they will not have a friend in the game, no one to play with.
Without new players, the game will die off and it will just be the three "pirates".
At that point, Vice, the author, will go out of business and I will close the server.
But it is their decision.

I am not a pirate! I have only engaged once in PvP and it was with Oasis a few weeks back. I didn't even provoke the confrontation and by the way she kicked my ass twice. As I said in R1 last night, I was not going to leaving the station until I recieved my new joystick (which comes today). I was on R1 just to converse with the pilots. You can usually find me around Pearl doing contracts minding my own business. If someone is impersonating me, you will know me as the real Flash because I will never fire on any player unless I am fired upon first or we have agreed to do some PvP. On another note, thanks to you and mapman for all your work with the mapping program. I have found it very helpful.

I liked the Romulan, the Cylons and the Klingons. I still like the "BA's" if the ever get out of the hospital.
The Terrasins were friendly enough but thin skinned and quit over some imaginary slight.
All these "character" players are always a welcome addition to the game and encouraged by Remula One. I just ask that common sence be used wherever needed.

Had lots of fun las night fighting the PFL clan pilots
Abio Genesis and Kliener. You did great for being noobs (If you really are, LOL)

As usuall attacking unprovoked and the battle was on.
They do like their FT:s and managed to get me a couple of times with those.

Reinforment arrived as well for a hide and seek battle, great fun.
