Periodic slow FR
Most of the time the game runs great, but every few minutes the frame rate suddenly gets very slow. It lasts for about a minute and then goes back to normal. I've tried disabling various background tasks to no avail.

What are your system specs? It could be just a change in scene detail temporarily dropping the framerate, but more likely, it's something hardware or software related on your system specifically.
