Computer Problem

Hey All!

Well, I am trying to get back in the cockpit after 3 looong weeks without ER!

Here's my prob,

I crashed the hard drive on my old comp...(an ugly incident...no injuries) I got a new comp delivered this week and tried to open the old hard drive...no joy...

Sooo I am stuck with a new d/l of ER but the auth code that I saved in my email will not work, of course. Anyway I could get a new auth code to unlock ER, Vice? I still have all the old stuff you emailed me at the beginning of the month ...

Any help would be fantastic!

You don't need a new key, just use the same one, but make sure you type in in correctly including all capital letters.

I have no idea what I was doing wrong...I tried to copy/past the key in when I got this comp and it did not work...

I did it again and it worked fine...(hmmmmm I seem to be the common denominator with this prob )

Code works and I am back in the game!...thx much for your time, Vice!
