Ok, I checked it out and it appears there is something wrong or corrupt with the model itself. I could not even get it to load in any of my modelling programs, except for an old converting program from about 1999-2000 and then I couldn't export it with the textures intact. If I could get it to load in one of my modelling programs, I could probably correct it's problem(s), but I can't get it to even load correctly in my modelling programs, so it's no surprise it won't load in the game. I'll keep expirementing with it to see if I can alter it to a supported format.

Ok, I think I got it. LithUnwrap was able to piece it together and resave it. I'll send it to you.
