About custom music

I don't recall if this one has been asked before but in regards to music I know that custom tracks are named musiclevel1-1,1-2,1-3, musiclevel2-1,2-2,2-3, and so on....

If I want to add another level one ambiance track since most of the time i'm cuising around and not in battle do I still need to add another mid level and high level threat alert music?

lets say I have 10-1,10-2, and 10-3

Can I just add a couple 11-1, 12-1 or will that crash the game if there isn't a 11-2,11-3,12-2,12-3 to go with them?

Each group needs to be a complete set if you want the game to query that group. But you can optionally apply the same song in all three indexes to play at each threat level.
